WTM Logistics · Calgary–Red Deer · Northbound
WTM can quote a multi-supplier courier collection in Calgary with one delivery to your Red Deer business. Bring several prepared smaller orders into a single transport plan instead of arranging a separate run for every supplier. The benefit comes from coordinating the actual pickup points, release times and packed load—not merely from giving every purchase the same destination.

Create a release list for each supplier
For each collection, provide the business name, address, release reference, contact and ready time. Include how many packages are expected and their dimensions and weights. These are the details that let dispatch assess the complete job.
A supplier marked “ready tomorrow” should not be treated as available today because another order is already packed. Keep the collection list current and identify which orders are essential to the receiver’s deadline.
Choose what happens if one order is late
For illustration, a buyer may have two ready orders and a third awaiting a final item. The sensible choice could be to move the ready goods first, delay the combined shipment or arrange a separate urgent collection. Make that decision with your business needs in mind before the vehicle is committed.
Waiting, a second visit or a revised stop list changes the service. Agree how a late supplier will be handled instead of expecting the driver to hold the entire route indefinitely or select a replacement product.
Combine transport without mixing the goods
The individual suppliers should package and label their own orders. Keep their references intact even when the final destination is the same. The Red Deer receiver can then reconcile each purchase separately after checking the total package count.
This arrangement is different from unpacking, repacking or product consolidation inside a warehouse. Extra processing should be requested explicitly. For a ready courier run, the driver collects the identified packages and transports them under the agreed handling plan.
Quote the complete movement
Include any pickup restrictions and the final receiving window. A multi-stop courier can be a practical choice for routine supply orders. If one package needs an immediate non-stop trip, it may be better handled as a separate dedicated hotshot rather than being delayed by other suppliers.
The quote should reflect all stops, waiting requirements and the combined load. Keep the approved version in the WTM Customer Portal and use the shipment reference to retrieve GPS information, the final POD and the invoice.
Does combining pickups always cost less?
Not necessarily. Compare a quote for the whole combined route with the alternatives. Stop time, distances, load and the deadline affect the result.
Can WTM collect without a purchase-order reference?
Provide whichever release reference the supplier accepts, plus an authorised contact. The supplier must be able to identify and release the correct prepared order.
Send WTM your Calgary pickup list and Red Deer receiving window for one coordinated courier proposal.
