Inventory the kit before it leaves

List the transport pieces: perhaps one protective case and a carton of literature, rather than a vague entry such as complete demo set. Keep the equipment and accessory checklist inside the case for the receiver’s use.

The courier counts and transports the declared packages; it does not verify that every sales accessory or demonstration cable is inside. Photographing the packed arrangement can help your own team reassemble it later. This is a preparation suggestion, not a claim that the driver performs a technical kit inspection.

Protect cases and display surfaces

A reusable case may be designed for hand carrying rather than unsecured freight handling. Confirm that catches are closed, protrusions protected and labels attached where they will remain visible. Give the packed dimensions, weight and any no-stack instruction.

Declare powered equipment and batteries so the applicable handling can be assessed. For oversize sample panels or heavier cases, the right service may be a 5-ton truck or LTL freight rather than a routine parcel vehicle.

Deliver to the person staging the presentation

Check whether the Lethbridge address is a dealer showroom, customer office or temporary meeting venue. Identify the named receiver and the entrance where the kit can be accepted. A venue reservation does not necessarily include storage or receipt of goods.

Work backwards from the presentation time. The customer may need to inspect the kit, remove packaging and connect it before attendees arrive. Quote the required arrival at the receiving point, not the time the presentation begins.

Plan the next movement without assuming a round trip

After the demonstration, the kit might stay with the dealer or continue to another appointment. Provide those later instructions when the route is known. A same-day return would require an agreed collection window after the demonstration finishes.

For illustration, a sales representative could receive the kit on the confirmed delivery service and book its return after checking all accessories back into the case. The second movement gets its own package count and release contact; the earlier POD is not a substitute.

Can several dealers share one kit over a week?

Yes, subject to separately planned shipments and receiving windows. Give WTM the actual stops and dates rather than assuming an automatic touring schedule.

Does WTM install or demonstrate the equipment?

This courier booking covers transport. Any additional service must be expressly arranged, not inferred from the delivery.
