WTM Logistics · Courier · Southbound
Book a Calgary to Lethbridge auto parts courier when a workshop needs prepared components collected from a supplier. WTM transports boxed parts to the nominated repair business, with a clear release reference and delivery confirmation. The mechanic can stay with the job instead of spending the day collecting the order.

Match the supplier order before arranging transport
Ask the supplier to confirm the selected part and its availability against the workshop’s order. WTM can collect a released consignment, but the courier does not decide whether a component fits a vehicle. Resolve part substitutions with the supplier before collection.
Give dispatch the counter or warehouse address, collection number and name of the purchasing workshop. Where several customer orders are packed together, ask for labels that keep each job identifiable. A supplier’s internal shelf reference may mean little to the receiving technician.
Quote the packed parts, including awkward pieces
A sensor carton, a boxed radiator and a heavy brake assembly need different space and handling. Measure the complete package rather than using the component dimensions from a catalogue. Protect sharp edges and tell WTM about fragile fins, upright-only pieces or heavy cartons.
Disclose oils, batteries, aerosols or any other items with special transport requirements. Do not assume that every item sold at a parts counter can travel under an ordinary parcel booking. The quotation should describe the goods actually being handed over.
Protect the workshop’s appointment plan
Provide the time the supplier can release the order and the latest useful arrival time. A workshop may have a vehicle occupying a bay while another appointment is due later. That receiving context is more helpful than simply marking the shipment urgent.
For example, a repairer might need one released component first while the remaining consumables can arrive on its normal service. Quote those as separate transport requirements when that makes operational sense. A direct hotshot can be considered for the critical piece rather than upgrading the whole routine order automatically.
Close the parts handoff cleanly
Name the service adviser or parts receiver, particularly when the public entrance and workshop receiving door differ. Number multiple cartons and connect them to the workshop job reference. After delivery, the workshop can use the POD to locate the recorded recipient and time.
A defective component going back for credit is a separate return consignment. Obtain supplier authorisation and describe its packaging and condition instead of assuming it can be handed to the driver during the original delivery.
