WTM Logistics

Alberta · British Columbia · Northwest Territories24/7 Dispatch   587-316-2639

WTM Logistics provides auto parts courier service for Alberta repair shops that need prepared supplier orders brought to the workshop. Arrange delivery of boxed components and service parts without pulling a technician away from the repair bay to collect them.

Use the WTM Customer Portal to request the movement, approve the quote and follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking.

Match the collection to the repair order

Before booking, confirm the part with your supplier and have it reserved for collection. Give WTM the supplier’s order or release number and the collection contact.

The workshop and supplier are responsible for identifying the correct component. A useful courier instruction identifies the prepared order, package count and repair-shop receiver so the driver can collect what has been released for transport.

When several jobs are waiting on parts, keep the orders distinguishable. Label the packages with the appropriate order references rather than expecting the receiving technician to work out which box belongs to which repair.

Explain the workshop deadline

A part needed for tomorrow’s scheduled job has a different urgency from one holding up today’s repair. State the actual receiving deadline when requesting your quote.

WTM can assess scheduled courier service or an urgent direct movement. Where the shipment is accepted onto our applicable next-day service, the delivery commitment is next day. A dedicated hotshot is a separate option for work that cannot wait.

Choose the service that supports the repair plan, not simply a speed label without a receiving time.

Pack small parts properly and describe larger components

Keep loose fittings contained and identify each carton. Retain suitable supplier packaging for components that need protection during transport.

Tell WTM when the order is heavier, longer or larger than a usual parts parcel. Engines, transmissions or palletised loads belong in a larger-equipment discussion; our existing automotive-parts LTL guide covers that different shipping need.

Make the receiving handoff clear

Name the service adviser, parts counter or workshop contact who will accept the delivery. Include the correct entrance and receiving hours. A driver reaching an open building is not necessarily reaching the person responsible for the order.

The POD gives you a delivery record, and the invoice remains accessible through your account. For a shop handling several repairs at once, that helps connect transportation to the right job.

Can WTM collect parts regularly?

Yes. Share your supplier locations and typical pattern to discuss recurring collections and 10% off recurring shipments.

Can I follow a time-sensitive parts order?

Yes. WTM provides real-time GPS shipment tracking through its customer experience.
