WTM Logistics · Calgary–Red Deer · Northbound
WTM can quote Calgary-origin LTL parts deliveries to businesses in Crossfield, Carstairs and Didsbury as an agreed multi-stop freight run. Prepare each destination’s allocation before collection and provide its unloading details. A route serving several towns is not simply one pallet shipment with extra addresses added after the truck has been loaded.

Allocate the parts by receiving order
Label handling units with the destination business and order reference. Give WTM the pallet count, dimensions and gross weight for each stop. Keep loose components or small cartons secured to the correct allocation.
If one pallet contains stock for several locations, ask how that will be handled before booking. The driver should not be expected to break down and sort an unplanned mixed pallet in a customer’s yard.
Make the sequence fit the receivers
Provide each business’s receiving window, contact and access instructions. A practical sequence depends on those windows as well as geography. Report a destination that cannot accept freight during lunch or that requires an unloading appointment.
The loading plan should keep the appropriate freight accessible for the agreed stops. Tell dispatch about non-stackable or awkward units that may affect this arrangement. Changes to the stop list can alter both access and timing.
Describe unloading at every location
A forklift at the first receiver does not solve a tailgate need at the next. State the loading and unloading resources individually, along with the intended handoff point. Ground-level unloading and inside movement are different services.
Include rural or industrial access where applicable. A parts business outside the town centre needs its actual entrance, not only the town name. A reachable receiving contact helps the handoff follow the accepted plan.
Separate an urgent exception from the routine load
A planned replenishment route can use an LTL arrangement when the freight and windows fit. One component needed immediately for a repair may warrant a separate courier or hotshot rather than changing every customer’s delivery sequence.
Keep the quote, BOLs as issued and delivery records aligned with the allocations. The WTM Customer Portal provides a place to find the transport history; your purchasing system should retain the detailed parts inventory for each business.
Can WTM deliver one pallet to each of three towns?
Submit the three loads, addresses and receiving requirements for a multi-stop quote. The confirmed arrangement covers the complete run.
Can the driver make an unplanned extra delivery nearby?
Contact dispatch before changing the route. The additional freight, address, timing and handling must be assessed rather than assumed to fit the existing quote.
Give WTM a destination-by-destination pallet plan for corridor parts deliveries that arrive ready to receive.
Connect the pallets with the paperwork
The WTM Customer Portal brings requests, quotes, approvals and online payments together. Follow active shipments with real-time GPS and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous freight orders when operations or accounts needs the record.
For repeat deliveries, WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Funded account credit separately offers up to 25% off eligible services; the applicable arrangement is shown in your quote.
