WTM Logistics · Highway 3 connections
WTM Logistics can arrange door-to-door courier deliveries for suitable parcels in Bellevue and Hillcrest, Alberta, and their regional connections. Whether you are sending a boxed purchase, returning a prepared item or moving ordinary business documents, start with the two actual addresses and the people handling the package.
Include “Alberta” and the postal code when entering the place name. The shipment needs a precise destination, not whichever similarly named location an address search happens to suggest.
Confirm the receiver’s name, unit information and availability. If someone else is accepting the package, identify that person. A front step, shared hallway or neighbour’s address should not be treated as an authorised receiving location unless that arrangement has been expressly agreed.
For a sender working from home, tell WTM how the package will be handed over. The pickup description should distinguish the residence from a workshop or separate outbuilding on the same property.
Use a suitable outer box or case and protect the contents so they travel as a manageable unit. Supply the packed dimensions, weight and piece count. A soft shopping bag with several loose items is not the same shipment as a closed, labelled carton.
If the item contains something needing special handling, disclose it during the quote process. A clear contents description is more useful than “personal stuff,” especially when the driver needs to know whether an ordinary parcel service is appropriate.
A delivery between nearby communities should be quoted as that local movement. A parcel going to Lethbridge or Cranbrook needs its full destination and required date. WTM will arrange the applicable service around the actual job.
Someone collecting a prepared purchase from a regional supplier can also book the supplier-to-recipient movement. Have the seller approve release to WTM and provide an order reference the collection staff recognise.
Use one booking contact who can approve the quote and answer questions about the package. The receiver still needs to be reachable for the handoff, but should not have to reconstruct the sender’s instructions at the door.
For illustration, an individual could arrange return of a boxed household accessory to the seller. The seller’s return reference, correct returns address and receiving hours belong in the request, even though the original purchase was delivered to a home.
Yes. A suitable one-time parcel can be quoted using its addresses, packed details and timing.
No. Pickup and arrival are separate commitments. Ask WTM to confirm the service that meets the receiving deadline before booking.
Request your Bellevue or Hillcrest parcel delivery with the package prepared and both handoffs explained.
Request a WTM quote online, approve the agreed service and complete the payment step in your Customer Portal. Follow the shipment with real-time GPS tracking, then use the available delivery record, invoice and shipment history to answer questions after the handoff.
