WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · LTL
WTM Logistics provides planned LTL transport from Calgary to Lloydminster for accepted fit-out and renovation materials. A staged delivery arrangement can connect supplier releases with the receiving site's available space and work sequence. Quote the actual pallets for each stage rather than sending the full order simply because it is ready at the supplier.

Divide the release around the receiving plan
The project team should identify which materials are required for the next work stage and what can wait. Keep the stage reference on the supplier’s release list and shipment paperwork. That helps the receiver distinguish current materials from later deliveries.
Confirm any partial-order release with the seller. The driver should not have to select individual cartons from an undivided project order. Have the supplier prepare the booked pallets and identify anything excluded from the collection.
Measure mixed materials as separate units
Panels, boxed fixtures and other fit-out goods can need different protection. Provide each completed pallet or crate’s dimensions, weight and stacking restrictions. Identify long pieces, fragile finishes and items that cannot share the same support or pressure.
Describe loading and unloading equipment. A site that can receive materials at ground level may still lack the equipment needed for a particular crate. Resolve that before the vehicle is assigned rather than making it the receiving team’s surprise problem.
Coordinate the site’s delivery entrance
Use the actual goods entrance, appointment and authorised contact. A project office address may not be the place materials enter the building. Explain access restrictions and where the freight handoff is intended to finish.
Delivery to the agreed receiving point does not automatically include distribution across several floors or placement in installation positions. Arrange those tasks with the project team or specify additional handling for review before accepting the quote.
Protect the schedule without labelling every stage urgent
Give the real receiving deadline and flexibility for each load. Planned LTL can be assessed for the normal sequence; a missing critical item can be quoted separately for courier or hotshot when needed. That keeps urgent exceptions from obscuring the regular material plan.
Use the WTM Customer Portal to approve quotes, follow GPS location and retain available transport records. Match each POD and invoice to the stage reference. The project team separately checks material quantity, condition and readiness for installation.
Fit-out freight questions
Can one purchase order be delivered in several stages?
Yes, when the supplier prepares the separate releases and each movement is quoted with its own load and receiving details.
Does the LTL driver install the materials?
No. Transport and installation are separate tasks. State any extra delivery handling required before the shipment is confirmed.
Keep the shipment and its records together
Request your shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online through the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the journey with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history keeps earlier movements available for reference.
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. A funded credit account separately offers up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is confirmed with your quote; the two offers are not automatically combined.
