WTM Logistics · Calgary–Lloydminster · LTL
WTM Logistics can quote Calgary-to-Lloydminster LTL involving more than one receiving address when every consignment is described clearly. One Calgary loading point does not make two customer orders a single delivery. Identify the separate loads and receiving arrangements before the pallets are released.
Planned pallet and crate transport · Loading and receiving arrangements · Real-time GPS tracking
Build the shipment list by destination
For each receiver, provide the full address, contact, package or pallet count, dimensions and gross weight. Keep the customer order references attached to the correct units. A general list of four pallets is not enough when two go to one business and two go elsewhere.
Label each handling unit so the destination remains clear after loading. Do not rely only on a verbal instruction to separate similar pallets later. The supplier should verify the release list before the driver collects the freight.
Give each receiver its own appointment information
One business may have a staffed dock while the other requires ground-level unloading. Their receiving hours can also differ. Disclose each requirement so WTM can quote a workable service instead of assuming one arrival arrangement applies to every stop.
A requested delivery sequence needs to be explicit. It may be important for the customer, but it should be confirmed as part of the transport plan rather than presented as an unqualified promise in the paperwork.
Keep shared capacity distinct from multi-stop service
LTL describes using less-than-truckload capacity. It does not automatically include an unlimited number of delivery addresses or a dedicated vehicle following a private route. Quote the complete list of stops and their handling needs.
For illustration, a Calgary wholesaler might send one pallet to a Lloydminster showroom and another to its customer’s workshop. Even under the same buyer, those can be two receiving handoffs with different entrances, contacts and equipment.
Record each completed handoff clearly
Keep the consignment references separate in your purchasing or sales records. Available PODs should be matched to the intended delivery, while the customer completes its own product checks. A signature at the first stop does not establish completion of the second.
Use the WTM Customer Portal for the quote decision, payment and GPS visibility. State changes to destinations or quantities before dispatch; an extra pallet or address affects the accepted job. For repeated multi-customer distribution, provide a normal pattern for a recurring proposal rather than adding stops informally to one-off loads.
Multi-receiver LTL questions
Can two orders from one supplier travel under one request?
Yes. Describe the two consignments and delivery arrangements distinctly so WTM can quote the complete movement.
Are additional addresses free because they are in the same city?
Do not assume that. Each stop has its own access, timing and handling requirement and belongs in the agreed quote.
Keep the shipment and its records together
Request your shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online through the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the journey with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history keeps earlier movements available for reference.
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. A funded credit account separately offers up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is confirmed with your quote; the two offers are not automatically combined.
