WTM Logistics · Calgary–Red Deer · Northbound
WTM can provide Calgary-origin hotshot delivery of prepared agricultural drive components to Bowden, Innisfail and nearby authorised receiving sites. Belts, bearings, drive assemblies or a complete replacement kit can be requested as urgent freight when the repair needs a direct movement. The transport plan should identify the approved parts and the actual farm or service location receiving them.
Dedicated direct transport · Dispatch immediately after confirmation · Real-time GPS
Confirm the repair order before pickup
The technician and supplier should agree the component specification and any companion hardware. Ask the supplier to confirm that the complete kit is ready at the release desk. A replacement drive without the required coupling or mounting part may still leave the repair waiting.
Give WTM the supplier’s order reference and pickup contact. Technical compatibility remains with the buyer and supplier; the driver should not have to decide between alternative parts or wait while a repair requirement is diagnosed.
Use the real rural receiving point
A farm’s mailing address may differ from the entrance where the crew is working. Provide the civic address where available, a useful pin, the authorised gate and a reachable person. Explain the accessible handoff point rather than expecting the vehicle to follow equipment into an unsuitable field.
Bowden and Innisfail are named service areas in this request, not interchangeable delivery locations. A direct hotshot to one farm is a specific journey. Additional stops must be quoted and assessed against the urgent deadline.
Describe the prepared load
List the package or pallet count, full dimensions and weight. Secure loose hardware and identify oily, protruding or fragile components. Disclose any residual materials or special handling requirements before the service is accepted.
An enclosed vehicle may suit protected smaller parts. A heavier assembly could need a 5-ton truck and an agreed unloading method. State whether the receiver has suitable lifting equipment or is requesting a tailgate option for a compatible load and surface.
Coordinate the crew’s availability
Tell dispatch when the parts must be in the repair team’s control and when collection can begin in Calgary. A crew changing sites or finishing its shift creates a receiving constraint that a general “deliver today” request may miss.
GPS tracking helps the booking contact follow the shipment. The POD provides the delivery record, while the technician controls the repair and any decision to restart machinery. Transport should support that work without being represented as part of the technical repair itself.
Can WTM bring one small bearing kit by hotshot?
Yes. The repair deadline can justify dedicated transport for a compact load. Supply the package details and release time.
Can WTM collect a damaged assembly on the way back?
Request the return with its condition, packaging, destination and readiness. It must be agreed as a separate transport task.
Send the approved agricultural parts order and rural receiving details to WTM for an urgent delivery plan.
Keep the urgent delivery visible to your booking team
Review and approve your quote, make the applicable payment and follow the journey with real-time GPS in the WTM Customer Portal. Retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices with the shipment history after the handoff.
Regular shippers can ask about 10% off recurring shipments. A prepaid credit account is a separate option with up to 25% off eligible services. The two offers are not automatically combined.
