WTM Logistics · Calgary–Red Deer · Northbound
WTM provides refrigerated courier options for Calgary meal-prep businesses sending prepared orders to Red Deer. Build the transport around the production release, the required temperature conditions and the receiving arrangement for each order. A regional subscription offer works best when meal preparation, packing and delivery are planned as one sequence rather than treated as unrelated tasks.

Set a production-ready cutoff
Your customer-order deadline must leave time to prepare, condition and pack the meals before collection. Give WTM the time the complete consignment will be transport-ready, not the time cooking is expected to finish.
The food business determines the product’s handling requirements. Transport should maintain the agreed condition of prepared goods, not act as the production process that brings them into that condition. Put the required range and any special instructions in the booking.
Group meals by authorised receiving point
One delivery to a workplace collection point is a different route from ten home deliveries. Provide the complete stop list, order references and package counts. Individual recipients should be able to identify their orders without opening other customers’ packages.
Confirm whether a business collection point has the capacity and personnel to receive the entire consignment. Do not assume an office receptionist or apartment lobby can hold chilled meals for an undefined period after the vehicle leaves.
Prepare sealed, stable transport packages
Use the packaging specified by your business’s food-handling process. Identify upright containers and protect seals from movement or compression. Tell WTM about the external dimensions and gross weight, including any outer cases or reusable containers.
If chilled and frozen products are offered together, specify them as separate condition groups. They should not be assigned the same transport setting simply because they were sold in one subscription order. Dispatch can review the equipment and arrangement required.
Make recurring delivery a repeatable process
Keep a standard dispatch sheet showing orders, stops and temperature instructions. Update it before each run for pauses, new subscribers or address changes. A historic shipment is a helpful reference, not an automatic authorisation to reuse last week’s destinations.
The WTM Customer Portal supports quote approval, payment and live GPS visibility. Retain issued delivery records alongside your own food-production and customer-order records. Discuss the 10% recurring-shipment offer against the actual routine you are setting up.
Is same-day refrigerated meal delivery available?
Request the required ready and delivery times. WTM confirms the appropriate refrigerated service for the complete load and stop list rather than assuming every order has the same window.
Does GPS tracking provide product temperatures?
GPS shows shipment location. Temperature-recording requirements must be specified and agreed separately; a moving map is not a food-temperature record.
Send your meal-prep dispatch pattern to WTM and build a Red Deer delivery offer around a confirmed transport plan.
Keep the cold-delivery request and records together
Use the WTM Customer Portal for your request, quote approval, payment and shipment history. Real-time GPS shows the movement; issued BOLs, PODs and invoices remain with the shipment. Product-specific temperature reporting is a separate requirement to agree in the booking.
For repeat deliveries, WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Funded account credit separately offers up to 25% off eligible services; the applicable arrangement is shown in your quote.
