WTM Logistics · Calgary–Red Deer · Northbound
WTM’s Calgary to Red Deer auto parts courier helps repair shops receive prepared supplier orders without sending a technician to collect them. The useful outcome is a complete, identifiable parts order reaching the right workshop before the relevant job needs it. Tell us the repair deadline as well as the supplier’s ready time so the delivery supports the appointment.

Tie each package to a workshop job
A service adviser may order parts for several vehicles at once. Have the supplier separate or clearly identify the job allocations before collection. A transport label can use your internal work-order number without displaying customer details unnecessarily.
Keep left- and right-hand components, matching sets and included fittings associated with their intended repair. WTM transports the supplier’s prepared order; the workshop and supplier remain responsible for confirming that the correct parts have been selected.
Check the final release, not just stock availability
“In stock” is different from picked, packed and available at the dispatch desk. Ask the supplier to confirm the collection point and whether the entire order is ready. A small backordered fitting may affect whether the workshop can use the larger component already waiting.
You can choose to move the available critical parts first, but make that decision explicit. A second collection changes the transport requirement. Do not leave the driver to decide which parts the technician can work without.
Choose planned courier or urgent direct transport
Routine workshop replenishment can follow an agreed courier schedule. A vehicle occupying a service bay with a promised collection time may justify a same-day request. Provide the workshop’s latest receiving time and the actual moment collection can start.
When a single order needs an exclusive vehicle and direct movement, WTM can quote hotshot service. A small box can warrant a hotshot because of its deadline, while a larger non-urgent order may suit scheduled freight. Package size alone does not determine urgency.
Make the workshop handoff useful
Identify whether parts should go to the service counter, stores desk or authorised technician. Give the receiver a reachable number and tell them the expected number of packages. A delivery to reception is only helpful when reception is authorised to accept that order.
GPS visibility and the POD help the service adviser coordinate the arrival and record the receipt. For regular collections, keep the supplier addresses and normal workshop receiving windows consistent, then report exceptions with each request.
Can WTM carry more than one repair order in the same collection?
Yes. Provide the total packed load and label each job allocation. Multiple delivery addresses need to be included in the quotation.
Can used parts go back to the supplier?
They can be requested as a separate authorised return. Describe their condition, packaging and any residual contents so the appropriate handling can be assessed.
Send your supplier release, workshop address and repair deadline to WTM for a parts-delivery quote.
