Lundbreck hotshot delivery can move a prepared pump, motor or irrigation repair order to a technician or rural business that needs it urgently. WTM Logistics arranges the dedicated transport around the packed component, supplier release and agreed receiving location.

The objective is to bring the approved item to the work—not take the person responsible for the repair away from it to collect a part.

Resolve component selection before arranging transport

The technician and supplier should agree the correct part, quantity and accessories. Use the supplier’s release reference and a repair-job reference where available. Identify whether the shipment contains a replacement assembly or only smaller service components.

A box labelled “pump parts” may hide several different requirements. Confirm that the actual order is complete before dispatch, especially when a separate fitting or seal kit is necessary for the planned repair.

Pay attention to packed weight

A compact motor can be a dense load. Provide its actual packed weight, outer dimensions and package type, including any crate or pallet. Tell WTM how it will be loaded and what handling is available at delivery.

Do not assume that a rural receiver has suitable lifting equipment ready simply because machinery is present on the property. Identify the person and method that will complete the handoff. Tailgate requirements belong in the quote request, not in a last-minute conversation at arrival.

Choose the workshop or field-access handoff

Give the actual receiving address and approved entrance. If the technician wants to meet at a workshop rather than beside the equipment, state that location clearly. A stable, accessible handoff helps the customer control the final movement into its working area.

For illustration, a business could receive a boxed motor at its service shed while the machine being repaired remains elsewhere. WTM needs the shed’s access and receiver, not an approximate pin for the machine’s current position.

Prepare return components separately

A removed component may need to return for assessment or credit. Obtain the recipient’s authorisation and preparation instructions. Its packaging, contents and condition may differ from the replacement that arrived.

Request the return when the component is ready. Do not assume the arriving vehicle is booked to wait through the repair or that the same load description remains accurate for the used part.

Can a small fitting kit use direct hotshot transport?

Yes. The deadline can justify dedicated service even for a small prepared shipment.

Can WTM take a complete pump assembly?

Provide its packed dimensions, weight and loading requirements so WTM can select suitable equipment and confirm the transport arrangement.

Request your Lundbreck pump or motor hotshot with the approved order, packed weight and receiving point ready.

Request the shipment, then follow the delivery

Start your new shipment request in the WTM Customer Portal, review and approve the quote, and make your payment online. Real-time GPS tracking helps you follow the movement; available proof of delivery, invoices and shipment history keep the records together afterwards.

For repeat business, ask about the 10% recurring-shipment offer or the separate funded-credit arrangement with up to 25% off eligible services. WTM confirms which arrangement applies to your quote.
