Coleman courier service for workshops is about moving identifiable tool cases, components and prepared orders between the people using them. WTM Logistics can arrange local and regional parcel transport so a technician does not have to leave a job simply to collect a packed item.

The booking should make it clear what the package is, who has released it and which workshop or customer is expecting it.

Identify tools as a prepared shipment

List the number of closed cases or cartons and their packed weights and dimensions. Use an equipment or job reference where useful. If a set contains accessories, check that the accessories have been packed before the case is sealed.

For serialised tools, keep a record of the identifier in your own job paperwork and use a matching reference on the shipment. Do not ask the driver to decide whether a tool is the correct model for a repair; that selection belongs to the workshop and supplier.

Agree who can release the equipment

A workshop manager may approve the booking while another technician has the case. Tell both people about the collection and provide the name of the person handing it over. Confirm that the tools are not still in use when the driver is expected.

When equipment is being borrowed or returned, agree the receiving location with its owner. The original pickup point is not always the address where returned tools should go.

Keep courier transport distinct from a service call

WTM moves the prepared item. Testing, installation and repair remain with the appropriate technician. Pack the tool according to its needs and identify unusual contents or handling requirements before the shipment is accepted.

A small planned case can use courier service. A component needed to restart work may justify direct hotshot transport. Explain the real deadline and the point at which the item will be ready to leave the workshop.

Close the loop with the receiving technician

Provide the destination’s workshop entrance and the staff member responsible for the job. A tool delivered to a general office is not necessarily ready for the technician who needs it. Ask the business to identify its preferred authorised handoff.

For example, a prepared diagnostic tool case could be sent to another workshop for a specific booking and returned later under a separate instruction. The outbound and return shipment records help both businesses track who received the case and when.

Can WTM collect tools from a Coleman workshop?

Yes. Make sure the case is packed, available and authorised for release, with its contents and handling requirements disclosed.

Can the receiving address change after booking?

Contact WTM before the vehicle proceeds to the old address. A changed destination should be confirmed as an updated instruction, not left in an informal message to another staff member.

Arrange your next Coleman workshop collection with the job reference and handoff ready.

Keep the next delivery easier to arrange

Your WTM Customer Portal brings new requests, fast quotes, quote approval and payments into one account. Track the shipment in real time and retrieve the available BOL, delivery confirmation and invoice. Previous shipments remain accessible for reference when your business needs another movement.

Regular shippers can discuss 10% off recurring shipments. Funded credit accounts separately offer up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is shown with your account arrangement and quote; the discounts are not combined.
