WTM Logistics arranges Lethbridge to Pincher Creek courier deliveries for prepared parts orders, shop supplies and commercial parcels. It is a useful option when the goods are ready at a supplier but the receiving business would rather keep its staff working than send someone to collect them.

Eastbound collections from Pincher Creek can also be requested. Quote the direction, exact addresses and required arrival time for each movement.

Turn the supplier order into a collection-ready parcel

Confirm that the supplier has picked the correct items, completed any required sales authorisation and packed the order for transport. Provide the counter or warehouse reference used to release it. A purchase order alone may identify what was requested without proving everything is ready.

Ask how many packages will actually be handed over. A box of fittings plus a separate tool case should be described as two units. Long or dense items deserve individual measurements and weights even when their invoice value is modest.

Give the shop a predictable receiving task

Identify whether the delivery belongs at parts reception, the service counter or a separate workshop. Include the repair or customer-order number when it helps staff match the parcel to an active job.

A simple useful label combines the business name, receiver and order reference. That is more practical than writing “urgent parts” on a box that several staff members could reasonably assume belongs to someone else.

Plan the routine orders and isolate exceptions

Repeated supplier purchases can be organised into a recurring courier arrangement. Keep the supplier’s preparation time and the shop’s receiving window consistent so neither end has to renegotiate the same details for every carton.

An unexpected breakdown order should be identified separately. Request direct hotshot transport when the confirmed service for routine parcels will not meet the repair deadline. WTM can quote the exception without redefining every future delivery as urgent.

Keep returns attached to their own instructions

If a wrong or surplus item needs to go back, obtain the supplier’s return authorisation and return address. Do not assume the counter that sold the item is also the location that accepts returns. Pack the item and label its reference before asking WTM to collect it.

For example, a shop might receive replacement stock from Lethbridge and later return an unused boxed component. Those are two movements with different release contacts, even when they relate to the same purchase.

Can a small order be collected from a trade counter?

Yes. Supply the release reference, ready time and package details. The supplier should know WTM is collecting for your business.

Can this be arranged every week?

Yes. Discuss the actual shipping pattern with WTM and the 10% recurring-shipment offer rather than booking each routine order as an unrelated urgent job.

Stay with the shipment from request to delivery

Request a WTM quote online, approve the agreed service and complete the payment step in your Customer Portal. Follow the shipment with real-time GPS tracking, then use the available delivery record, invoice and shipment history to answer questions after the handoff.

Regular shippers can discuss 10% off recurring shipments. Funded credit accounts separately offer up to 25% off eligible services. The applicable offer is shown with your account arrangement and quote; the discounts are not combined.
