WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics arranges temperature-controlled transport of packed produce orders from Creston suppliers to Calgary business buyers. The journey should start with a prepared, identified consignment and product-specific transport instructions. Provide the complete collection and receiving details so the quote reflects the actual movement between British Columbia and Alberta.

Start from the packed order, not the harvest estimate
A supplier should confirm when the order will be prepared and ready for release. Give the package count, outer dimensions and gross weight after packing. The courier does not harvest, sort or pack produce as part of ordinary transportation.
Identify the release location and contact. Where the collection is outside a main town address, provide clear access details rather than expecting the driver to locate the shipment from a business name alone.
Specify compatible product requirements
Give the supplier's transport instructions for the particular produce being moved. A mixed assortment should not automatically use a single generic refrigeration setting. Identify different handling groups and any restrictions on stacking or pressure on the packages.
The outer packaging should be ready for the agreed journey. Include any reusable totes and explain whether their return is required. An empty-container return is another movement to be arranged, not an automatic part of every inbound shipment.
Match equipment to the Calgary receiving site
Smaller orders can be reviewed for refrigerated courier transport. Palletised or larger loads may need refrigerated freight equipment. WTM can discuss the appropriate option using the real size and unloading requirement.
At delivery, provide a buyer reference, receiving entrance and contact. Tell dispatch whether an appointment, tailgate or inside carrying is required. A regional vehicle reaching Calgary has not completed the task until it makes the agreed handoff at the specified destination.
Set the delivery commitment for this shipment
State the release time, required arrival date and any flexibility. Dispatch confirms the service for the Creston-to-Calgary consignment. Do not infer local same-day timing or an unrestricted next-day promise from a general coverage description.
For regular produce procurement, share the expected release pattern and keep changes in product mix or quantities visible. The Customer Portal supports quote approval, payment, GPS shipment tracking and issued records. Retain the POD alongside the buyer's own product and purchasing documentation.
Manage the shipment through your Customer Portal
Request a new shipment, review and approve the quote, and pay online in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow the delivery with real-time GPS tracking and find issued BOLs, PODs, invoices and previous shipments in your account.
