WTM Logistics · Calgary refrigerated delivery
WTM Logistics transports prepared refrigerated café supplies from Calgary to Cranbrook business receivers. Whether the order contains chilled ingredients or finished products supplied under refrigeration instructions, match the shipment plan to the product and receiving window. Connect the supplier's ready time with the café's receiving window so the order reaches the team that needs it.

Make the supplier order complete before release
A café may buy several product groups from one Calgary supplier. Obtain the final carton count, dimensions and weight after the order is packed. List the required transport conditions and identify any frozen group separately from chilled goods.
Resolve substitutions with the supplier before collection. The courier should not be asked to select alternative ingredients or negotiate the supplier's sales order. Use a clear release reference so the prepared consignment can be identified at the collection point.
Agree a Cranbrook receiving window
Name a receiver and provide the actual café or kitchen entrance. The owner's billing address may differ from the location that needs the food. For several businesses, give a complete stop list and counts rather than leaving distribution to the first receiver.
The regional journey needs its own confirmed arrival commitment. State the supplier ready time and the café's latest receiving time, then have WTM establish the appropriate service. Do not assume the same timing as a local Calgary delivery.
Support café operations without adding unbooked handling
Tell dispatch about stairs, inside carrying or a restricted loading location. A few cartons delivered to a counter and a larger supply order moved through a building are different tasks. The quote should capture the requested work at both ends.
For a palletised order, identify unloading equipment or request tailgate handling. WTM can discuss a refrigerated freight arrangement when the shipment exceeds the space or handling of a compact courier consignment.
Turn regular supply into an account pattern
Provide the normal release days, typical package sizes and expected frequency for recurring service. A café group may need different receiving instructions for each branch; retain those details as part of the order brief and update them when staff or premises change.
Use the Customer Portal to approve quotes, make payments and retrieve issued delivery records. GPS tracking helps the booking customer follow the shipment, while the POD connects the handoff to the supplier order. Discuss recurring and eligible prepaid-credit savings as separate arrangements.
Make repeat refrigerated deliveries easier to manage
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. Manage requests, quote approvals and online payments in the Customer Portal; follow active shipments with real-time GPS and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices. Shipment history gives your next order a useful reference.
Prepaid account credit offers up to 25% off eligible services under a separate arrangement. These offers are not automatically combined.
