The order profile comes first

Define what is picked, how it is packed and where it goes.

A useful fulfillment request describes the picking unit, order volume, product handling and dispatch requirements. WTM reviews the workflow against the actual goods and service scope.

01

Picking requirements

Identify whether orders call for individual items, cases, pallets or a mixture. Provide SKU count, typical units per order and any product identification or separation rules.

02

Packing instructions

Describe carton, protection, label and paperwork requirements. Confirm who supplies materials and whether brand-specific packing instructions are needed.

03

Outbound handoff

Specify the destination pattern, dispatch schedule and carrier arrangements. Freight and courier needs are reviewed separately from the order-preparation work.

Plan the requirement

Describe your pick and pack workflow.

Select the closest requirement to build a useful briefing for dispatch.

Questions before booking

Set the fulfillment details before the first order.

Where are WTM pick and pack services supported?

The service connects with WTM’s Edmonton warehouse at 8110 Davies Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 4N2. The actual product and order requirements are reviewed before confirmation.

Can orders be picked by item, case or pallet?

Describe the required picking unit and product profile. WTM will review the handling and order-preparation scope for the actual goods rather than applying one workflow to every order.

Do you guarantee same-day processing or a fixed cutoff?

No universal processing cutoff is established on this page. Provide order volume, stock readiness and dispatch timing so the achievable workflow can be confirmed.

Can WTM use our packaging or paperwork?

Provide the packing specification, labels, documents, materials and ownership details for review. The agreed scope should identify who supplies each item and how exceptions are handled.

Does the service include live tracking or automatic integrations?

Do not assume a live portal, real-time tracking or a particular integration. The customer portal and advanced TMS functions are planned; confirm current order-submission and reporting arrangements directly with WTM.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Provide product and SKU count, dimensions and weights, typical orders and units, expected peaks, packing work, materials, stock arrival plan, required timing and outbound handoff requirements.

Send the order profile, not just the pallet count.

Describe the products, picking units, packing instructions, normal and peak volumes, and outbound requirements. WTM will review the complete fulfillment workflow.
