Use the WTM Customer Portal to submit a courier request, review WTM’s quote, approve it and complete the applicable payment step. The workflow lets you make a decision on the price and service before the shipment is arranged.

Sign in to your WTM Customer Portal. New customers can request an invitation at admin@wtmlogistics.com.

Prepare the details for an accurate request

Have the collection address, delivery address, contacts, packed quantities, weights and dimensions available. State when the shipment is ready and when it must arrive. Include special instructions such as a supplier release reference, a receiving appointment or ground-level unloading.

“Three boxes tomorrow” leaves several questions unanswered. “Three packed cartons ready at the supplier’s trade counter, for delivery to our workshop before its receiving team closes” gives the quote a workable starting point.

Submit the request and review imported information

Enter the shipment details in your account. Where you use document-assisted entry, check the information taken from the document and correct it before submission.

A purchase order may show your billing address while the actual goods need to go to a job site. A packing slip may describe the goods without stating their packed dimensions. Review the request as a transportation instruction, not simply a copy of the source paperwork.

WTM’s quote-response commitment is within 15 minutes. Supplying complete details helps dispatch respond to the shipment you need—not to an incomplete description of it.

Read the quote before accepting

Check the service, addresses, shipment details and timing alongside the amount. Confirm that any particular requirement discussed with WTM is reflected in the arrangement.

The portal supports accepting or declining a quote. Where something needs correction, contact WTM before proceeding rather than accepting a quote for the wrong shipment.

Accepting the quote records your decision; the operational booking and pickup plan are confirmed by WTM. An initial request alone does not mean a vehicle is already heading to the collection address.

Complete the payment step for your account

The portal supports online payments and access to invoices. Follow the payment arrangement applying to your shipment, including any approved account-credit use.

Approval and payment are separate parts of the workflow: approval confirms your agreement to the proposed service, while payment settles the applicable charge under your arrangement. Complete the payment step shown for your account.

Prepare the sender and receiver

Once the booking is confirmed, tell the collection contact what is being released and make sure the receiver knows what is arriving. Keep the shipment ready in the agreed handoff location.

Follow the movement with real-time GPS tracking. Retrieve the BOL when issued and the POD and invoice as they become available in your account.

Can I approve a quote from a different location?

You can use your customer account to review the quote without being physically at the collection point. The sender still needs the release and handoff instructions.

Does uploading a document replace checking the shipment details?

No. Review and correct document-assisted information so the request reflects the actual pickup, goods and destination.

Start your request in the portal, or use WTM’s quote form. For an urgent deadline, call 587-316-2639.
