Workwear courier delivery helps suppliers move prepared uniform orders to the workplaces that need them. WTM Logistics transports labelled cartons of clothing, footwear and related business orders, supporting both one-time deliveries and recurring replenishment.

For an employer, the useful outcome is receiving the right order at the right branch before it is needed. For the supplier, it is keeping staff focused on fitting, embroidery and order preparation instead of driving deliveries. Request a workwear delivery quote for your customer locations.

Separate employee orders before collection

Pack and identify the orders in a way the receiver can understand. Use the employer’s order or branch reference on each outer carton, with an item list inside where needed. Keep employee-specific details to the information the receiving team actually requires.

Give WTM the final number of cartons, their dimensions and weights. One order may be a small clothing parcel while another includes several boxes of boots. The delivery description should reflect the packed goods, not only the value of the sale.

Find the person who receives uniforms

A workplace may direct clothing orders to an administrator, stores department or team supervisor rather than its ordinary customer entrance. Provide that receiving contact and explain where the goods should be handed over.

When an order is needed for new starters or a shift change, give the actual deadline. Do not rely on a note saying “staff uniforms” to communicate that the team needs them before a particular start time. WTM can quote the appropriate courier service for the ready time and destination.

Plan branch replenishment separately from urgent top-ups

Regular orders can follow a repeat collection pattern. An overlooked size or replacement garment may need a smaller, more urgent delivery. Keeping those movements separate helps you choose a service that fits each job.

For illustration, a uniform supplier could prepare a weekly branch order while sending a single urgent replacement directly to another workplace. The urgent parcel should retain its own receiver and order reference rather than being hidden inside the next routine shipment.

Give customers an answer when they ask for an update

The WTM Customer Portal supports new requests, quote approval and payment, with real-time GPS tracking during transportation. After the handoff, the available POD provides a delivery record to refer to alongside the customer’s order.

Your own packing list remains the record of sizes and quantities supplied. The courier documents the transportation and receiving handoff; the employer or supplier manages employee allocation and any size exchange.

Make regular deliveries part of the sales relationship

Offer a practical replenishment conversation: which branches order, who receives, how often orders are ready and when they need to arrive. WTM’s 10% recurring-shipment offer supports planned repeat deliveries. A funded credit account separately provides up to 25% off eligible services.

Shipment history can help you review previous destinations and volumes when discussing that arrangement. Start with actual orders instead of committing to a pattern based only on expected growth.

Can a uniform order go straight to a customer workplace?

Yes. Supply the exact workplace address, department and authorised receiver when requesting delivery.

Can WTM collect from the embroiderer instead of our shop?

Yes. Arrange release with the collection business and provide its order reference, contact and ready time.
