Spring landscaping parts courier service connects prepared supplier orders with workshops and crews getting equipment ready for seasonal work. WTM Logistics can collect replacement components while your team focuses on servicing equipment and preparing customer jobs.

This guide concerns parts and ordinary business supplies, not transport of fuel, chemicals or complete machinery under an undeclared parcel booking.

Request a landscaping-parts courier quote with the supplier reference, package details and receiving location.

Separate workshop preparation from an active breakdown

Preseason work can often be planned around a supplier collection routine. An unexpected part needed while a crew is working should have its own deadline and request.

List the stock items your business uses repeatedly and distinguish job-specific replacements. The supplier and mechanic should confirm part compatibility before collection rather than leave the courier to choose alternatives.

Give WTM the order-release reference and actual ready time. A supplier’s expected stock arrival is not yet a prepared pickup.

Prepare parts as identifiable service kits

Keep small fittings, belts or replacement components connected with the relevant equipment or work-order reference. Secure loose pieces inside appropriate transport packaging.

For sharp or awkward items, have the sender provide suitable protective packaging and describe the handling requirement. Supply the final packed dimensions and weight, including any separate long package.

Avoid mixing unapproved or special contents into a general parts carton. The quote should describe everything WTM is being asked to transport.

Send the order to the crew’s real receiving point

Confirm whether the goods belong at the workshop, storage yard or an authorised work-site handoff. A business office may not be where the equipment is being serviced.

For a crew moving between properties, choose a receiving location and contact that will remain workable during the delivery window. Update WTM when the site changes rather than rely on an old job address.

For example, routine maintenance stock can go to the workshop while an urgent approved replacement goes to a named supervisor at a separate location. Those are different delivery instructions and should be quoted accordingly.

Use a repeat pattern without hiding the exceptions

Describe your normal suppliers, collection days and package types. WTM can discuss an arrangement under the 10% recurring-shipment offer, while urgent movements remain identified by their specific requirements.

A funded credit account is another separate option, providing up to 25% off eligible services under the applicable terms. Compare the arrangement with the work your business expects to book.

Follow the shipment and retain the job record

Use the WTM Customer Portal to request transport, approve the quote and make payment. Live GPS tracking supports visibility during the active movement; available PODs and invoices remain associated with the shipment.

Can WTM collect unused parts for return?

Yes. Obtain the supplier’s return approval, prepare the accepted items and provide the authorised receiving address before booking the reverse movement.

Keep spring preparation focused on the equipment, not supply runs. Call 587-316-2639 to arrange WTM courier service.
