Signs, printed proofs and marketing samples need a courier plan that protects the piece and gets it to the person making the decision. WTM Logistics moves prepared business items between printers, agencies, suppliers and customer locations so approvals and handoffs do not depend on someone leaving the office to collect them.

Request a sample or signage courier quote with the finished package dimensions and the time your reviewer needs it. Describe the item as a physical object, not simply “marketing materials.”

Separate an approval sample from a print run

A colour proof, mounted sign sample or sample kit has a different purpose from distributing hundreds of finished brochures. The recipient may need to examine its finish, dimensions or presentation before authorising production.

Identify the project, revision and receiving person. Put the reference on the protective packaging and include the approved contact in the delivery instructions. Transporting the correct version matters just as much as arriving at the correct address.

Measure the packaging around the piece

A rigid sign panel may need edge protection and a package that cannot be folded. A printed proof may travel best flat, while a sample roll has a different shape. Tell WTM the actual packed dimensions, weight and any orientation requirements.

Do not expect a driver to determine whether a sample can bend or be stacked. Your supplier should prepare it for transportation and identify handling requirements before collection. Describe oversized pieces separately so the appropriate vehicle can be arranged.

Plan the meeting, not just the building

A review scheduled for the afternoon needs the materials in the reviewer’s hands before that meeting. Give WTM the real deadline, reception instructions and an alternative authorised receiver where appropriate.

For illustration, an agency may need a mounted sample delivered to a client’s office before a site-planning discussion. Name the meeting contact and identify the office floor. A parcel recorded at a shared lobby is not the same receiving plan as a handoff to that contact.

Arrange the next movement when needed

After the review, the sample may need to return to the printer or go to a second decision-maker. Book that movement when the item is ready rather than assuming the original courier remains available throughout the meeting.

Keep reusable displays and sample cases identifiable. If the customer retains one item and returns the rest, revise the collection details to match the pieces actually travelling.

Show your customer where the sample is

The WTM Customer Portal provides quote review, approval, payment and real-time GPS tracking. Once the delivery is completed, use the available POD to confirm the receiving handoff. Your shipment history provides a reference for later project stages.

WTM also offers time-sensitive transportation when a deadline drives the job. For agencies and suppliers with repeat sample movements, discuss recurring service and the 10% recurring-shipment offer.

Can WTM carry a sign that is not boxed?

Describe its size, surfaces and protective preparation when requesting the quote. The transport plan must match the actual item and handling required.

Does the courier approve the proof?

No. WTM delivers the prepared item. The customer or nominated reviewer makes the design and production decision.
