WTM Logistics provides same-day courier delivery for finished print orders in Toronto and the GTA. Move brochures, presentation packs, promotional materials and boxed printed products from the printer to the customer while production continues at the shop.
A useful print delivery gets the correct version and quantity into the hands of the team preparing the meeting, event or customer handout. WTM handles the transportation of the completed order.
Request a print-order courier quote with the carton details and arrival requirement.
Confirm the order is complete, packed and approved for release. Identify the job number and customer name so the courier receives the intended version rather than another order waiting nearby.
For example, a printer preparing several cartons of brochures for a business presentation can label the set with the job reference and receiving company. The customer knows what is coming, and print staff do not need to leave the shop to deliver it.
The courier’s role begins with the prepared shipment. Artwork approval, print quality checks and quantity selection should be completed by the printer and customer beforehand.
Pack printed materials to keep the contents supported and enclosed during handling. Describe flat packs, tubes or cartons accurately and give dimensions and weights after packaging. Paper orders can be substantial even when the boxes look compact.
Count and identify each piece. If the order includes a separate display or envelope, add it to the shipment description. Label a multi-box set so the receiver can check the complete delivery against the expected count.
See our multiple-box courier guide for preparing a complete set.
Ask when the recipient needs to start using the material. An event’s opening time may be later than the time its team needs the boxes for setup. Give WTM the actual delivery deadline and the print shop’s ready time.
At the destination, name the receiving person, company, suite or venue contact. Include any agreed reception handoff. The courier should not have to find the organiser by asking unrelated staff.
For tower deliveries, our downtown Toronto guide explains the entrance and suite details to include.
Use the WTM Customer Portal for requests, quote approval, payment and real-time GPS tracking. Available PODs and invoices remain associated with shipment history after completion.
For a print shop, this creates a record to refer to when a customer asks about a particular job. Regular delivery arrangements can also support 10% off recurring shipments, based on the work being arranged.
