A rental-equipment return courier collects the prepared kit after a commercial shoot and delivers it to the rental business authorised to receive it. WTM Logistics can arrange that movement while the production team handles the pack-down and rental reconciliation.
The useful return is the complete identified kit—not simply a vehicle arriving after filming ends.
Request a rental-return courier quote with the pickup address, case count and rental-house receiving deadline.
The end of filming does not mean equipment is packed, checked and ready to hand over. Give WTM the time the responsible crew expects the released cases to be available.
Identify the person who remains at the location to authorise collection. Do not rely on a call sheet naming someone who leaves before the pack-down is finished.
For a venue or hired location, confirm when vehicles can reach the collection point and whether the equipment must be removed by a particular time.
Use the rental company’s equipment list to check the items and accessories your team is returning. Match cases, stands, cables and other components with their references.
Record the outer-package count that WTM will collect. Your crew should handle the detailed kit inspection; a courier count of six cases does not establish that every accessory is inside.
Keep missing or damaged items identified through your rental process. Do not expect the driver to determine whether the kit is complete or whether the supplier should apply a charge.
Provide the rental number, business name and authorised return address. Confirm whether the rental house receives at a loading bay, counter or appointment-based location.
Use the actual receiving deadline, including the time needed for the agreed transport. A booking request alone does not change the rental agreement’s return terms.
For example, a production company finishing at a client property can arrange collection from the prepared equipment area rather than move every case back through its own office first.
Give case dimensions, weights and handling requirements. Identify separate long stands or bulky items rather than count everything as identical boxes.
Declare batteries or other special contents in the request. WTM can assess the vehicle and service around the prepared equipment and access at both ends.
Use the WTM Customer Portal for requests, quote approval, payment and active-shipment tracking. Retrieve the available POD and invoice after the rental receiver accepts delivery.
The POD records the handoff. The rental business completes its own equipment inspection and account reconciliation separately.
Provide each collection point, ready time, kit reference and case count so the complete route can be assessed. Do not mix different rental returns into one unidentified pickup.
