A multi-stop courier quote needs more than the number of addresses. WTM Logistics needs to know what leaves the pickup point, what is delivered at each stop, when receivers are available and whether any stop requires additional handling.

That information allows one route proposal to describe the whole job. It is especially useful for wholesalers, print shops and suppliers delivering several prepared customer orders from one location.

Request a multi-stop courier quote with a numbered destination list and the expected collection date.

Give every stop its own shipment details

Start with the pickup address, contact and time when all orders will be ready. Then list each delivery address, receiver, telephone number and outer-package count. Add the packed dimensions and weight of the items assigned to that stop.

Six envelopes going to nearby offices describe a different job from six bulky cartons going to separate workshops. A route count without shipment details hides the vehicle requirement.

Keep optional stops separate from confirmed stops. That lets WTM identify what the proposal actually covers rather than price a list that is still changing.

Explain the receiving conditions

State whether each customer receives at a counter, loading bay, shared reception or appointment-only entrance. Include the opening window and any delivery instructions that affect access.

A destination closing at noon is a different constraint from a preferred morning arrival. Label the difference clearly. WTM can then discuss a workable collection and delivery sequence without treating every preference as a fixed appointment.

Mention a tailgate requirement, inside delivery or a return collection before the quote is prepared. These tasks should not first appear when the driver reaches the address.

Ask for a clear route scope

Quote detailWhat it should establish
Included stopsWhich addresses and orders are covered
Service timingPickup readiness and agreed delivery requirements
HandlingAny separately arranged unloading or inside delivery
ChangesHow additional stops or changed orders will be re-quoted

The route total matters more than an isolated advertised per-stop figure. Compare proposals using the same stop list, cargo and timing.

For an internal budget, dividing the route total by the number of deliveries produces an average cost per stop. That average is not necessarily the tariff for adding another destination.

Turn repeat routes into a planned arrangement

Share the days on which the route usually runs and which stops change. WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments, with the applicable arrangement reflected in your quote.

Use the WTM Customer Portal for requests, quote approval, payments and shipment records. Proof of delivery helps connect completed handoffs with the customer orders on your route list.

What happens when another order is added?

Send the revised package count, destination and deadline to WTM before collection. An extra nearby envelope and a large detour are different changes.
