Choose a city-only or intercity courier arrangement by mapping your real order destinations and delivery commitments. A service that works for customers across town may not meet the needs of a business expanding into other communities, while occasional intercity orders do not necessarily mean every local shipment needs a different service.

WTM Logistics provides courier delivery across its coverage network. Request a quote for a representative set of local and connecting-city orders so the comparison starts with your actual customers.

Separate destinations before comparing providers

List where orders originate, where they go and how often each movement occurs. Distinguish addresses within the same city from surrounding communities and genuinely intercity trips.

Add the package types and deadlines. A document needed across town today is different from a carton accepted on scheduled regional delivery tomorrow. Grouping both under “local customers” hides the transport requirement that determines the service.

Look at the delivery promise you sell

Ask what the customer actually needs: a specific day, an appointment, same-day arrival or a broader planned window. State when your business can reliably have the goods ready.

A city-only arrangement may fit orders confined to its operating area. Intercity courier service becomes relevant when orders move between communities on the provider’s network. Compare the commitments for each route instead of assuming every address receives the same speed because it belongs to the same customer account.

Include the receiving arrangements

Customers outside your home city may be retailers, workshops or rural businesses rather than standard parcel recipients. Obtain their opening hours, receiving contacts and access instructions before advertising a delivery offer.

For example, a wholesaler can have a local customer accepting all afternoon and a regional customer requiring an earlier handoff. Those windows affect the shipment plan independently of the distance. Your service selection should reflect both.

Decide how to handle the exceptions

A growing business can use a normal arrangement for its repeating orders and quote unusual work separately. An urgent regional shipment may need direct or hotshot transportation, while a larger order may need LTL freight.

Do not let one exceptional request define every future delivery. Equally, do not accept an order outside your arranged coverage while assuming the courier will extend its service without a new quote. Keep the boundary of the customer-facing offer clear.

Use one record of the shipping relationship

The WTM Customer Portal lets customers request movements, approve quotes, pay online and use real-time GPS tracking. Available PODs, invoices and shipment history help compare the deliveries your business actually makes over time.

Review that history before expanding your advertised area. Repeat destinations and package patterns give you a more useful basis for discussing service than a map of places you might someday sell to.

WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments, with a separate funded-credit-account offer of up to 25% off eligible services. Discuss those arrangements against your actual shipping pattern.

Is an intercity service automatically slower?

The route, ready time and selected service determine the commitment. Compare the actual booking, not the label alone.

Can local and regional deliveries share one WTM account?

Yes. Submit each shipment’s real details and keep its quote and records in your customer relationship, while choosing the appropriate service for that movement.
