An industrial fastener courier moves prepared bolts, nuts, washers and related fixings from the supplier to the team that needs them. WTM Logistics can arrange collection and delivery for contractors, workshops and manufacturers without requiring staff to leave an active job for a counter pickup.
Small parts still need a precise transport request. The order reference, packed weight and receiving location matter more than the size of an individual bolt.
Have the supplier prepare the exact quantities and specifications on your order. Keep different products in their labelled inner packs, then secure them within suitable outer packaging.
Include both the supplier’s collection reference and your job or purchase-order number. Where several projects share one supplier account, identify which prepared order is being released to WTM.
The courier transports the order; the supplier and your team decide which grade, size or finish is correct for the work.
A small carton of fasteners can be dense. Weigh the packed order and provide its dimensions rather than estimating from how easy the empty box looks to lift.
For multiple boxes, give the individual package count and identify any particularly heavy piece. If the order is palletised, include loading and unloading requirements. WTM can match the shipment to courier service or 5-ton transport.
Request a fastener-delivery quote when the supplier confirms the goods-ready time.
Name the receiving foreperson, stores contact or workshop representative. Give the correct entrance and job reference so the order reaches the team waiting for it.
For an illustrative split order, one carton may belong to a fabrication shop while another goes to a construction site. Label the destinations separately and tell WTM that there are two delivery handoffs; do not send both under a single vague address.
Routine replenishment can be arranged around a recurring collection schedule. A missing fastener holding up an identified task may call for a direct delivery assessed against its deadline.
The WTM Customer Portal connects the request, quote approval, payment and delivery record. Follow progress, then keep the POD and invoice with the corresponding purchase order. WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments for an agreed repeat arrangement.
The supplier should verify the prepared quantities. Give WTM the package count for handoff, while the supplier’s packing list records the contents of those packages.
Update WTM before collection with the new piece count and weights. The driver and receiver should expect the same consignment.
