Calgary ↔ Fort St. John · Courier
WTM Logistics returns prepared demonstration kits from Fort St. John dealers and sales teams to Calgary owners. After a customer trial, the next useful step is a counted, packed return—not a loose collection of sample cases awaiting the next sales visit. Book courier transport with the loan reference and the receiving team's instructions.

Reconcile the kit before closing the cases
Use the owner's checklist to count the demonstration units, accessories, cables and sample pieces. Record missing items separately instead of hiding the discrepancy inside the shipping description. The courier can collect the prepared cases while the borrower and owner resolve the loan record directly.
Remove personal or customer information where the kit contains storage media or configured devices. Your business should handle data and device preparation. WTM's role is transportation, not wiping equipment or certifying its configuration.
Give every case its own identity
List case numbers, external dimensions and gross weights. A kit may use several cases that look similar but contain different components. Numbered labels help the Calgary receiver confirm the complete consignment before opening it.
Disclose batteries or other special contents. Protective cases are useful packaging, but they do not remove the need to identify what is travelling. For larger demonstration equipment on a skid, request an appropriate freight option rather than describing the entire load as a portable kit.
Coordinate the next demonstration
Ask when the kit must reach the Calgary team to be checked and prepared for its next use. That deadline may be earlier than the next customer appointment. Build in the owner's own preparation time rather than asking transport to absorb every activity between events.
WTM can quote planned courier transportation or a dedicated hotshot when the accepted deadline demands direct movement. Use the actual FSJ collection and Calgary receiving windows to choose between them.
Complete the loan and shipment records together
The Customer Portal holds the transport request, quote decision, payment and live GPS view. Once delivered, keep the POD with the loan reference and retrieve the invoice for the responsible cost centre.
The owner should separately confirm the kit's contents and condition after unpacking. A signed delivery record confirms the cases changed hands; it is not a test of every demonstration device. Keeping these records connected gives the next borrower a clearer starting point.
Frequently asked questions
Can several cases travel as one courier job?
Yes. Supply the complete case list, dimensions, weights and handling needs for the quote.
Can you take a kit directly to its next Calgary user?
Yes, when the owner authorises that destination and the receiving details are included in the agreed shipment.
Move from a quote to a trackable shipment
The WTM Customer Portal brings shipment requests, quote approval and online payment together. Use live GPS tracking during transport and retrieve the issued BOL, POD and invoice afterwards. Your history gives repeat shipments a useful reference.
