Provide the actual material-ready time and the latest useful delivery time. An incoming spool needed to finish today’s order should be identified differently from stock for a future production run.
For example, a shop can release an ordinary replenishment order onto its usual collection arrangement while separately requesting transport for a missing colour required by an active job.
