WTM Logistics can collect authorised commercial returns in Creston for delivery to the supplier or business receiver in Lethbridge. The return should identify what is being sent back, why the receiver is expecting it and which reference will be used when it arrives.

This is the reverse movement of a commercial order. It needs its own pickup and receiving instructions rather than simply reversing the addresses on an old invoice.

Request a Creston–Lethbridge return quote with the prepared package details.

Get the receiver’s approval and return reference

Confirm that the supplier accepts the return and identify the correct receiving location. A goods-return department may differ from the sales office or original collection point.

Use the return authorisation or agreed order reference on the relevant paperwork. Keep different suppliers’ returns separate so an outer carton is not mistaken for a mixed group of unrelated orders.

WTM’s POD records receipt of the shipment. The supplier separately decides stock acceptance, inspection and any credit to your account.

Pack the return as a new journey

Check the outer packaging after the goods’ original delivery. Replace unsuitable packing and secure the contents for the return trip. Remove or cover old routing labels that could conflict with the new destination.

Provide the current package count, packed measurements and weight. Returned goods are not always in the same number of cartons as the original order, particularly after items have been separated or repacked.

Tell WTM about damaged goods or special contents before booking so the appropriate handling can be discussed.

Make collection readiness clear

Give the Creston releasing contact, collection entrance and time the packages will be ready. Do not book from the date a return was approved when the goods are still being gathered across the business.

At the Lethbridge end, confirm the returns receiver’s hours and any appointment requirement. The destination needs an authorised handoff just as the original delivery did.

For the outward supply route, see our Lethbridge–Creston retail courier guide.

Keep the records connected

Request the movement through the WTM Customer Portal, review and approve the quote and complete the required payment. Follow progress and keep the POD and invoice with the supplier return reference.

Businesses that routinely return surplus stock or service items can discuss 10% off recurring shipments under an agreed collection pattern.

Does courier collection mean the supplier has accepted the goods for credit?

No. Collection starts transportation. The supplier’s return terms and inspection determine its own account credit or refund.

Can returns from different locations be grouped?

Provide every collection point and destination. WTM can assess the complete arrangement instead of treating separate stops as one unqualified parcel pickup.

Make the return as traceable as the original order. Call WTM Logistics at 587-316-2639.
