Bring the supplier collection directly to the business
A Valleyview business can request collection from a supplier elsewhere in WTM’s network. Give the collection address, order release reference and contact who has the goods ready.
Ask for the packed count, size and weight. A purchase order tells you what was bought, but it may not tell WTM how the completed order is packaged for transport.
Where only part of the order is ready, specify the packages that should move now.
Make receiving straightforward
Identify the destination address, correct entrance and person accepting the goods. A workshop delivery may need a parts counter rather than general reception.
When the order goes to a customer or job site rather than your own office, explain that distinction. Include the receiving window and a direct contact so the route can be planned around the actual handoff.
For locations outside town, provide the access brief with the request rather than assuming “Valleyview area” is enough to locate the delivery.
Set the service around the work
A planned business order may suit a scheduled delivery; an urgent replacement part needs its own deadline assessed. WTM confirms the collection and delivery plan for the actual shipment.
State the arrival requirement separately from pickup. A supplier ready today does not, by itself, establish when the receiver needs the order.
If the load grows beyond parcels, tell WTM before collection so appropriate equipment can be arranged.
Keep visibility after the quote is approved
Use the portal to approve the quote and complete the payment step. Follow the shipment with live GPS and retrieve the POD and invoice after the relevant delivery and billing stages.
Shipment history also helps you recognise repeated supplier collections. Bring that pattern to WTM to discuss a regular arrangement and 10% off recurring shipments.

Yes. Give WTM the authorised collection and your customer’s actual receiving details.
What information helps get a usable quote?
The origin, destination, package count, packed dimensions and weights, ready time and delivery deadline are the starting points.
