Build one clear collection brief

Let timing shape the route

The courier transports the released packages. Your supplier remains the source of product compatibility and order-picking information. Resolve substitutions or missing items with the supplier rather than expecting the driver to make a purchasing decision at the counter.
Decide whether everything must arrive together
