WTM Logistics transports prepared clean linen and workwear batches between commercial laundry providers and business receiving locations. The service helps connect finished orders with the people putting them into use, while your laundry team focuses on processing and preparing the next batch.
The shipment needs a clear count, suitable wrapping or containers and an agreed receiver. Collection should begin after the clean order is ready—not while it is still being assembled.
Request a clean-linen courier quote with your collection point, business destinations and typical packed volume.
Keep each customer’s prepared batch separate. Record the number of wrapped bundles, bags or containers, and identify the receiving business on every piece.
For illustration, one workwear provider may have three labelled containers for a workshop and two for a separate office. A route quote should identify both stops and their receiving windows, not treat the order as five identical containers for one address.
Use packaging appropriate for the clean goods and keep the contents contained through the handoff. Tell WTM about requirements that affect handling or separation from other cargo when requesting the quote.
This arrangement does not assume specialist transport for contaminated laundry or clinical textiles. Describe any such requirement separately. Likewise, returning used items is a distinct movement and should not be silently added to the clean-delivery instruction.
Identify the person or department accepting the order and the entrance they use. A hospitality property, workshop or office may have different receiving arrangements from its public reception.
Make the latest useful arrival time clear. A delivery needed before a work shift or guest-service preparation window should be planned around that operational need rather than simply “sometime today.”
Share your regular customers, expected package counts and days the clean orders are ready. Discuss which stops can sensibly share a run, keeping urgent replacements separate when their requirements do not fit.
WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. The proposal should match your normal delivery pattern and the service needed for each receiver. Read the recurring courier guide for the account arrangement.
Through the WTM Customer Portal, request shipments, approve quotes and pay online. Follow live GPS tracking and access available PODs and invoices from shipment history.
The receiving record confirms the transport handoff. Your laundry business manages item-level reconciliation, garment condition and customer service after delivery. Keeping those responsibilities clear makes the courier record easier to use.
