Calgary ↔ Fort St. John · Courier

WTM Logistics collects prepared Calgary parts-counter orders for delivery to businesses in Taylor and Fort St. John. A contractor can buy the component it needs and arrange transport without taking a worker away from the job for a long collection trip. The key is a released order, not simply an item showing as in stock.

Confirm that the seller has allocated your order

Provide the Calgary branch address, purchaser name and collection reference. Ask the parts counter to confirm the goods are packed and available for WTM to collect. The same distributor may stock an item at several branches, so specify the location actually releasing it.

Identify substitutions before the courier arrives. If the seller offers a different size or model, the buyer should approve that change directly. The driver should be able to collect the authorised consignment without choosing between technically different parts.

Separate the Taylor and FSJ destinations

A delivery to Taylor is not the same stop as a delivery to Fort St. John. Submit both addresses and identify which packages belong at each. Quote the complete movement when an order must be split between a service yard and a city workshop.

Use destination labels that match the allocation list. A shared company name is not enough when two crews are expecting similar cartons. Keeping the receiving plan explicit makes a multi-stop delivery useful rather than leaving the distribution work unresolved.

Choose courier or dedicated urgency

Routine boxed spares and shop supplies can use an appropriate courier arrangement. A component holding up active work may need dedicated freight hotshot service. Tell dispatch when the part must be available to the receiving crew and when the supplier can release it.

Do not add an unscheduled collection after a direct hotshot has been confirmed without revisiting the plan. Additional stops change the movement. WTM can quote a coordinated multi-stop courier job or a direct dedicated run according to the actual requirement.

Make repeat collections easier

Keep a current list of supplier branches, release contacts and receiving addresses in your own purchasing records. Use the Customer Portal to submit each shipment, approve its quote and pay online. GPS tracking gives the booking customer visibility while the order is travelling north.

After delivery, retrieve the POD and invoice against the purchase order. Businesses with a regular pattern can discuss the 10% recurring-shipment offer. Planned collections can support a routine; emergency parts should remain identifiable as exceptions with their own deadlines.
