Calgary ↔ Fort St. John · Courier
WTM Logistics transports finished labels, manuals and printed launch materials from Calgary suppliers to Fort St. John businesses. The aim is to move the approved print run to the people who will use it, with clear edition references and package counts. A delivery arriving on time is only useful when the contents match the current job.

Release the approved version
Have the customer and printer agree which version is being collected. Include the job number, edition or revision on the shipment reference. A print room may hold proofs, rejected sheets and finished stock together, so the collection instruction should identify the prepared cartons explicitly.
WTM does not approve artwork or inspect every label. The supplier should confirm that the consignment is the released order. Keep proof approval and production sign-off in the buyer's records rather than assuming the courier handoff performs those checks.
Describe the packed format
Manuals can become heavy quickly, while rolls of labels need protection against crushing or unwinding. Provide carton sizes, gross weights and any upright or non-stackable instruction. A small number of cartons may still require meaningful vehicle space.
Separate flat presentation boards from boxed paper products on the packing list. Protect edges and surfaces so items can be handled in the intended orientation. Tell dispatch when the delivery includes an awkward display rather than treating it as another standard box.
Deliver to the department using the material
A warehouse, sales office and production area can share a company name but receive different supplies. Identify the Fort St. John receiving point and the person coordinating the launch or production job.
For a rollout across several branches, supply an allocation list before requesting a multi-stop quote. Do not rely on the driver to decide how many boxes each location needs. Every additional destination should be included in the accepted transportation arrangement.
Give the receiving team a useful deadline
State when the material must be ready for distribution or use. A promotional event opening time is not necessarily the right freight delivery time; the team may need earlier receipt for sorting and setup.
WTM offers scheduled courier options and dedicated hotshot transportation when the deadline requires it. Approve the quoted service through your Customer Portal, follow live GPS tracking and match the POD to the print job. For repeat runs, keep the familiar route but update the revision and package count every time.
