WTM Logistics · Calgary–Red Deer · Northbound
WTM can move prepared workwear orders from Calgary to businesses in Carstairs, Didsbury and Red Deer. The courier job works best when garments are already allocated to the right crew or branch. A regional order can then arrive as useful labelled packages rather than a mixed collection of sizes that a supervisor must sort before anyone can use them.

Build the shipment by crew and destination
Ask the supplier to separate branch allocations and include the appropriate packing list inside each package. Use internal crew or order references on the outer label. Personal staff details are generally unnecessary for identifying a transport package.
Distinguish garments that form a full order from later additions. A single replacement size may be urgent for one employee, while the balance of a uniform refresh can follow the planned delivery arrangement.
Provide a stop list, not a string of town names
Give the complete address, receiving person and package count at each location. Three stops along a familiar corridor still require three authorised handoffs. The first business should not have to accept the remaining packages unless that consolidation point was expressly agreed.
Include separate opening hours. A Didsbury workshop may close its stores desk before its field crews finish work, while a Red Deer branch may have a different receiving schedule. Dispatch needs those windows to quote the actual run.
Pack for handling and identification
Use closed cartons or appropriately protected bundles that can be moved without exposing or losing garments. Provide packed sizes and weights, especially for bulky outerwear or multiple cases of boots. Clothing can occupy substantial vehicle space even when it is not particularly heavy.
Keep any protective-product specifications with the supplier’s order documentation. The courier transports the goods; it does not certify that a garment is appropriate for a particular workplace hazard or employee role.
Plan exchanges without losing the order trail
A size exchange creates a new collection as well as a replacement delivery. Have the branch package the returns and obtain the supplier’s approval. Identify the returned piece count separately from the new stock arriving.
For recurring workwear deliveries, the normal destination list and shipment history give WTM a useful starting point. Update new branches, different carton counts and exceptions before each dispatch. The 10% recurring-shipment offer can be discussed against that repeat work, rather than assuming every ad hoc order has identical pricing.
Can one Calgary pickup serve several branches?
Yes. Include every stop, package allocation and receiving window in the request so WTM can price the complete arrangement.
Can garments go straight to a worksite?
Request the actual site delivery with a reachable supervisor and authorised handoff point. A business’s office address is not a substitute for the site where the crew is working.
Send your next workwear allocation to WTM as a clear branch-by-branch delivery request.
