WTM Logistics

Alberta · British Columbia · Northwest Territories24/7 Dispatch   587-316-2639

WTM Logistics collects prepared bicycle-parts orders and delivers them to the repair shop that needs them. A workshop can arrange transport for boxed components and service supplies while mechanics stay focused on the repair queue.

This is a parts-delivery arrangement, not a general promise to pack and ship complete bicycles. Tell WTM what the supplier has prepared and when the workshop can receive it.

Request a bicycle-parts courier quote with the order reference and latest useful arrival time.

Connect the component with the workshop job

Have the supplier confirm the selected part, quantity and release reference. Your mechanics determine compatibility; the courier collects the prepared order.

For illustration, a boxed derailleur, a replacement wheel and workshop consumables may be ready as separate packages. List each packed piece rather than describing them as a single small order. The receiving shop can match the supplier’s labels to its service tickets.

Prepare differently shaped items properly

A wheel-sized carton takes different space from a small component box. Provide the actual dimensions and packed weight, and protect protruding or delicate parts according to the supplier’s instructions.

Identify any batteries, liquids or aerosols in the request instead of assuming that every bicycle-related product is ordinary parcel cargo. WTM can assess the described shipment and required handling before confirming the service.

Avoid sending a mechanic to collect a routine order

When the supplier is across town or on a regional route, compare a courier quote with the disruption of taking someone away from the repair bench. The useful comparison includes the task that employee would otherwise be doing, not only the distance to the supplier.

A recurring supply collection may fit routine consumables. A component needed for a promised repair completion may call for a separate time-sensitive movement. Keep those requirements distinct when requesting prices.

Give the driver a workable handoff

Provide the supplier’s release counter and the workshop’s preferred entrance, plus contacts at both ends. Tell the receiving shop the number of packages to expect.

If the delivery must arrive before the workshop closes, include that deadline. An available next-day booking may suit some orders; a repair due today requires its own confirmed plan. Explore WTM’s Alberta courier service for the broader service options.

Keep track of the part and the paperwork

The WTM Customer Portal lets you submit the request, approve the quote and pay online. Follow the shipment with live GPS tracking, then access available PODs and invoices alongside your shipment history.

For repeat supplier collections, ask about 10% off recurring shipments. The return of an authorised incorrect or warranty part can be arranged separately with its own reference and receiving instructions.

Can we send an order between two repair-shop branches?

Yes. Have the releasing branch prepare the parts and provide the receiving branch’s contact and required time.

Will the courier verify that the component fits the bicycle?

No. Your workshop and supplier make the technical selection. WTM transports the identified order.

Keep the repair bench working while the parts travel. Call 587-316-2639.
