Name the community and the usable entrance
The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo identifies Anzac as southeast of Fort McMurray; its Saprae Creek information describes a separate rural residential community. Use the appropriate address rather than a general city label.
Add a map pin where useful, but explain where the vehicle should stop. A driveway entrance, public receiving point and private worksite gate are not interchangeable. Tell dispatch about access or turning limitations before a vehicle is allocated.
Have the parcel ready when collection is arranged
Prepare the boxes, label the Calgary receiver and provide the packed dimensions and weights. If somebody else is handing over the order, give that person the booking reference and make sure they are authorised to release it.
