To add prepaid shipping credit, sign in to your WTM Customer Portal and open Account credit. Review the account information and follow the funding instructions available for your account. Once the funding is confirmed and reflected in your account, use the agreed credit arrangement for eligible shipments.

Start with the right customer account
Use the email address associated with your WTM invitation when you sign in. New customers can request an account invitation through admin@wtmlogistics.com.
Confirm that the account is the business you intend to fund. A top-up is an account-funding transaction; it is not the same task as paying an individual shipment invoice. Keep that distinction clear when your accounts team is arranging payment.
Review Account credit before adding funds
Check the balance and funding information shown in Account credit. Decide the amount using upcoming shipping needs rather than assuming the last invoice predicts every future delivery.
Follow the instructions shown for your account to arrange the payment. Where your account requires assistance or does not display a funding action, contact WTM through admin@wtmlogistics.com. There is no need to send payment-card details in an email or guess a bank account from an older message.
Confirm the funding rather than submitting twice
After making the payment, keep its confirmation or reference and check the account record. Treat the credit as available when the account reflects confirmed funding—not simply because you started a payment.
When something needs checking, send WTM the business name, amount and payment reference. Ask for confirmation before submitting the same top-up again. This keeps a delayed display from becoming an accidental duplicate payment.
Connect the credit with the shipment quote
Account funding does not by itself book a vehicle. Submit the delivery through Make a request, review the resulting quote and approve the correct service. Complete the booking steps required by your account arrangement.
The quote should show the applicable price. The credit-account offer is up to 25% off eligible services, while 10% off recurring shipments is a separate offer. Do not calculate a combined 35% discount or assume a bonus account balance that has not been offered.
Keep account and delivery records together
Use Payments & invoices and the shipment’s records to follow the financial and delivery sides of your account. Match a top-up to its account transaction and a transport charge to its shipment invoice; they answer different accounting questions.
Can I add funds before choosing a delivery date?
Prepaid funding is intended for an account arrangement. Discuss your upcoming work with WTM, then book individual shipments with their actual collection and delivery requirements.
Does funding reserve the next available pickup?
No. The shipment still requires its own quote approval and confirmed collection arrangement. Funding prepares the account; booking arranges the delivery.
