Tire Delivery in Toronto and the GTA: Sets, Rims and Dealer Orders
Move a tire set, protected rims or a prepared dealer order without sending your team out to collect it. Request GTA tire delivery from WTM Logistics with the number of pieces, packed sizes, supplier location and receiving deadline.

Describe the complete set before requesting collection
State whether the shipment contains tires only, bare rims or mounted tire-and-wheel assemblies. Give the number of pieces and the packed dimensions and weight of each different unit. Four tires and four mounted assemblies can create different handling and vehicle requirements.
Identify the buyer, order reference and authorised collection contact. If you purchased from a private seller, arrange payment and release directly before booking transport. The delivery service does not verify fitment, ownership or the condition represented in a sales listing.
Protect wheels and keep the set identifiable
Have the shipper prepare the goods for the proposed handling. Protect exposed wheel faces and finished edges, secure loose accessories and label each piece with the shipment reference. Keep a multi-piece set clearly identified so a partial handoff is not mistaken for a complete delivery.
For a dealer order, separate pieces by purchase order or destination. If goods are palletised, include the base and overall height in the measurements and state whether anything can be stacked. Packaging and securing arrangements should be agreed before the driver arrives.
Choose courier, dedicated delivery or pallet freight
A compact prepared set may be assessed for a suitable local delivery vehicle. A larger dealer replenishment order may need pallet freight. An urgent workshop requirement may justify a dedicated request. WTM reviews the actual size, weight, handling and timing instead of applying a fixed tire-count rule.
Describe how the receiver will unload. A forklift, dock, arranged tailgate and manual handoff are different requirements. Ask about a return collection separately if the delivery also involves another set; it is not automatically included.
Coordinate the supplier and GTA receiver
For Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham or other GTA locations, provide exact addresses and contact numbers. A tire shop may have separate customer and delivery entrances. Name the receiving person and the time the complete order must be available.
Planning example: a Mississauga tire supplier has a four-piece order for a Toronto repair shop. The shop has an installation appointment later that day. Confirm the order is released, describe the packed set and give the latest useful receiving time. Transport timing and the shop’s installation booking are separate commitments.
Plan seasonal and recurring dealer deliveries
Share your expected collection days, typical order sizes and busy-period receiving capacity. Identify whether each run serves one shop or several. For multiple stops, label the sets by receiver and supply the piece count for every destination.
Give changes before dispatch: an added set, another address or a changed ready time can affect the vehicle and route. Confirm available completion records for the service so staff can reconcile delivered pieces against the order.
