Fort McKay is the destination—not a substitute for an address

A shipment described only as “Fort McKay” leaves an important question unanswered: who can physically receive it? Give the street address for a business or residence. For a work site, provide the receiving gate, authorised contact and delivery instructions supplied by the receiver.

A delivery to a Fort McMurray office is not the same booking as onward delivery to Fort McKay. Make the final handoff location explicit before comparing prices. Use Fort McKay in your request even when earlier correspondence spells it Fort Mackay; the address and receiver remove ambiguity.

One urgent box can justify direct transport

Collect directly from an Edmonton supplier

The supplier can release a paid, prepared order to WTM on your behalf. Share its collection reference and confirm whether the package is at the sales counter or a separate warehouse. An order confirmation is not always a ready-for-collection message.
