Calgary ↔ Fort St. John · LTL
WTM Logistics collects suitable shop fixtures and reusable display units in Fort St. John for LTL delivery to Calgary. A retailer ending a promotion or refitting a store can return prepared equipment without booking an exclusive vehicle solely because the load is bulky. Define the packed units, receiving destination and handling before arranging collection.

Decide what will travel assembled
The owner should decide which fixtures remain assembled and which can be packed down. WTM needs the final transport dimensions, not a floor-plan measurement of how the display stood in the shop. Secure removable shelves, brackets and other accessories with the identified unit.
A fixture's retail appearance does not describe how it can be handled. Provide a suitable pallet, crate or transport base where needed, and tell dispatch about fragile surfaces, glass or projecting features.
Protect space that cannot be shared above the load
State whether anything may be stacked on top. Tall light displays can require protected floor space even when their weight is modest. Do not assume lightweight freight will be priced or loaded like dense cartons with the same base dimensions.
Photographs can help explain an unusual shape, but include measured length, width, height and gross weight. The quote should be based on the actual prepared units rather than a visual estimate alone.
Arrange pickup after the store has released the fixtures
Confirm that the display has been removed from use, prepared and made accessible for loading. A courier booking should not assume the driver will dismantle a display or move it through an occupied sales floor without an agreed additional service.
Give the FSJ collection entrance and loading equipment. At the Calgary destination, identify whether the fixture goes to the owner, storage location or refurbishment workshop, with its receiving contact and appointment.
Retain the identity through the return
Label each unit with the retailer's asset or campaign reference. Use the Customer Portal to approve the quote, track the freight and retrieve the BOL, POD and invoice. The receiving team can then reconcile transport units with its own fixture inventory.
For a later redeployment north, request a new quote based on the prepared load and destination. Repair work or repacking may change the dimensions, and the next store may have different access. WTM can support the next leg without assuming the original return arrangement describes it.
Frequently asked questions
Can a tall display travel by LTL?
It can be assessed from its full dimensions, weight, packaging and stacking restrictions. Provide those details before booking.
Does WTM dismantle the shop fixture?
The owner should prepare it for the agreed transport. Any additional dismantling or inside handling requires a separate agreed scope.
