Calgary ↔ Fort St. John · LTL
WTM Logistics delivers suitable palletised paper products and workplace supplies from Calgary to Fort St. John through LTL freight. Tissue cases, stationery cartons and other packaged supplies may use considerable space without weighing as much as industrial parts. Describe both the volume and the weight so the quotation reflects the load actually travelling north.

Build stable pallets from the final cases
Ask the supplier to prepare the units for transport and provide their completed dimensions. Include any top protection, wrapping and overhang. Light cartons can still be vulnerable to crushing, so identify stacking limits rather than assuming a light load can support freight above it.
Record the number of pallets separately from the number of cartons. For example, a receiving team may expect two wrapped pallets containing different supply groups. The transport documents and internal order list should make that relationship clear.
Use the buyer's real delivery location
A purchasing office may order for a workshop, accommodation building or another workplace. Give WTM the destination that will actually receive the pallets. Identify the goods entrance, contact and receiving window rather than using the billing address by default.
For split deliveries to multiple FSJ facilities, provide quantities and pallet allocations for every receiver. A multi-destination movement should be priced as such, not added after a one-stop freight quote has been accepted.
Arrange the unloading method
State whether a dock or forklift is available. When a tailgate is needed, disclose the unit dimensions, weight and ground-level receiving arrangement. Pallet transport does not automatically include breaking down cases and placing them in cupboards or storage rooms.
For inside delivery or additional handling, describe the work before booking. WTM can assess the requested service without assuming that a freight handoff and a full workplace restocking task are interchangeable.
Make replenishment a planned operation
Use recent consumption and purchasing records to determine the shipment pattern, then ask WTM about the transportation schedule that fits. LTL can support suitable repeat pallet orders while urgent shortages use their own courier or hotshot request.
Approve the quote and payment in the Customer Portal and follow real-time GPS tracking. Retain the BOL, POD and invoice with the supplier order. For repeat shipments, update the pallet count and height rather than carrying forward an old description after the supplier changes its packaging or case allocation.
Frequently asked questions

Yes. Provide full pallet dimensions and stacking limits as well as weight; space and handling both matter.
Does freight delivery include stocking the shelves?
Not automatically. Describe any inside placement or additional handling separately for assessment and agreement.
