WTM Logistics · Calgary–Fort McMurray · Southbound
A useful Fort McMurray-to-Calgary courier price describes the whole delivery: collection, packed load, service commitment and receiving point. WTM quotes the actual shipment instead of treating every box between the two cities as the same job. Compare equivalent services before deciding which amount represents the better fit.

Start with one shared specification
Give each provider the same origin and destination, package count, external dimensions, weight, ready time and deadline. Add apartment access, a business appointment or a rural collection when applicable. Otherwise two apparently similar prices may cover different work.
Ask whether the quote includes pickup from your address and delivery to the required receiver. A counter-to-counter parcel option and an arranged business collection are not directly comparable unless that difference suits your needs.
Identify the items that change the movement
| Detail | Why it belongs in the quotation |
|---|---|
| Several packages | Count and dimensions determine handling and space |
| Non-stackable case | Weight alone does not describe its capacity requirement |
| Appointment delivery | The receiving window affects the delivery plan |
| Special conditions | Refrigeration or unusual handling must be specified |
Do not add an undisclosed package after the quote is accepted and assume the amount is unchanged. Send the revised details so the accepted service remains accurate.
Compare the delivery commitment, not just a speed label
“Express” can describe different arrangements. Ask what pickup and arrival commitment applies to your actual order. A dedicated hotshot, a scheduled courier delivery and a standard parcel network may solve different problems.
For time-sensitive work, explain the consequence of missing the receiving window without inventing a deadline. Dispatch can assess a suitable option based on readiness and the required handoff. A drive-time estimate is not a complete collection-to-delivery promise.
Keep any account offer attached to its terms
WTM’s recurring-shipment and funded-credit offers are separate arrangements. Ask which applies to the quoted service and what amount will be charged. Do not compare a discounted recurring proposal with a one-time shipment unless that is how you intend to buy.
The Customer Portal lets you review and approve the quote, arrange payment and retrieve the resulting invoice and POD. Request your southbound price with the complete specification; that gives you a decision based on the service you need, not just the lowest number on an incomplete description.
Make repeat shipments easier to organise
Keep requests, approved quotes, online payments and historical shipments together in the WTM Customer Portal. Follow deliveries with real-time GPS tracking and retrieve issued BOLs, PODs and invoices when needed. New customers can request an account invitation from admin@wtmlogistics.com.
Save 10% on recurring shipments under the applicable arrangement. A funded credit account separately offers up to 25% off eligible services. Ask which offer applies to your quote; the two are not automatically combined.

Frequently asked questions
Can WTM provide a fixed public price for every box on this route?
The quote depends on the packed load, collection and delivery requirements. Submit those details for the applicable amount.
Are the two account discounts automatically added together?
No. Recurring-shipment and funded-credit offers are separate arrangements; the quotation identifies the applicable saving.
