Start with the operating problem

Connect services around the work.

The right combination depends on how goods arrive, what happens before release and where they go next. WTM reviews the proposed workflow before confirming capacity, timing and responsibilities.

01

Stock to recurring orders

Connect incoming stock, indoor storage, inventory instructions and pick and pack with the outbound order pattern.

02

Inbound to onward freight

Review cross-docking or storage between transport movements. Identify arrival windows, sorting or handling tasks and the onward route.

03

Changing or specialized work

Describe seasonal peaks, packaging changes, handling needs or a new distribution requirement. Scope each task and confirm the equipment and resources needed.

Questions before booking

Custom solutions require a clear scope.

What services can be combined?

WTM provides warehousing, cross-docking, pick and pack, inventory and order management, and transportation. The combination is reviewed against the actual cargo and operating requirement.

Does custom 3PL include every service automatically?

No. The proposal should specify receiving, storage, processing, reporting, release and transportation tasks, along with the responsibilities and terms for each.

Can a workflow include packaging, assembly or kitting?

Describe the precise task, quantities, instructions, materials and required checks for review. Do not assume a specific assembly, kitting or compliance capability is included until the scope is confirmed.

Are API, ERP or ecommerce integrations already included?

No automatic integration is promised here. Provide the systems and required information exchange for review. Customer portal and advanced TMS functionality are planned; confirm current arrangements with WTM.

Is there a guaranteed 11 AM cutoff or same-shift transfer?

No universal cutoff or transfer duration is established by this page. Timing depends on the cargo, readiness, vehicle schedules, handling work, capacity and agreed operating plan.

What information starts the review?

Send the product profile, stock and order volumes, routes, required tasks, current constraints, reporting needs, responsibilities and target start date.

Describe the workflow you need to change.

Share the goods, activity, handoffs, constraints and timing. WTM will review how its services can fit the operation.
