A fast courier quote starts with a complete description of the delivery—not just two city names. Give WTM Logistics the pickup and delivery addresses, packed shipment details, ready time and required arrival time. Those details let us price the service you need instead of spending the first exchange filling gaps.
Our quote-response commitment is within 15 minutes. A clear request helps turn that response into an actionable delivery arrangement.
Request your courier quote for an Alberta business shipment, supplier collection or delivery along WTM’s regional network.
Include postal codes, business names and unit numbers. Identify the person releasing the goods and the person receiving them, with telephone numbers for each. The person paying for delivery may be at neither location.
For a supplier collection, add the purchase order or release reference and confirm the order is ready. A warehouse address does not tell the driver which trade counter, building or loading entrance holds your package.
Provide the number of packed pieces, their dimensions and their weight. “Small parts” might mean an envelope, four cartons or a metal component that needs different handling. Describe contents plainly, and mention anything fragile, temperature-sensitive or requiring particular equipment.
For example, “three sealed cartons, each 40 × 30 × 25 cm and 8 kg, collected from the trade counter” is much more useful than “one parts order.” Example measurements describe the request format, not a size limit for WTM service.
Tell us when collection can begin and when the receiver needs the shipment. A supplier releasing goods at noon and a customer closing at 3 p.m. creates a different job from goods ready at 8 a.m. for delivery the following day.
Specify whether the deadline is essential or simply preferred. WTM can match the request to scheduled courier service, an accepted next-day booking or an urgent direct delivery. Read the service-level guide when comparing options.
Mention restricted entrances, appointment requirements, a recipient who must sign, or a location without unloading equipment. For rural sites, include directions to the receiving point rather than relying on the nearest town name alone.
A useful request can fit in one paragraph: “Collect our released order from the supplier’s west counter after 10 a.m.; deliver two labelled cartons to our workshop before 4 p.m.; Sam will receive them at the service entrance.” Add the addresses, measurements and contact details to complete it.
In the WTM Customer Portal, submit the request, review and approve the quote, and handle payment online. Once the booking is confirmed, follow the shipment through real-time GPS tracking and retrieve available PODs and invoices afterwards.
No. Review and approve the quote, then follow the confirmed collection arrangement. That separates asking about price from authorising transportation.
Update WTM before collection so the approved job reflects the full shipment rather than an earlier estimate.
