WTM Logistics

Alberta · British Columbia · Northwest Territories24/7 Dispatch   587-316-2639

WTM Logistics offers same-day multi-stop parcel delivery across the GTA for businesses sending prepared orders to several local receivers. Arrange the collection as one coordinated job while giving every destination its own address, package allocation and receiving requirement.

A multi-stop shipment is not simply a large pile of parcels. It is a set of individual customer handoffs that must remain clear from collection through completion.

Request a multi-stop courier quote with your stops and package details.

Build the stop list around the receivers

For each destination, provide the recipient, complete address, unit or suite, contact number and receiving window. State how many pieces belong to that stop and describe their packed dimensions and weight.

For example, a merchant may have two boxes for one business, a parcel for a residential customer and a document envelope for a third address. The stop list should preserve those allocations rather than describe four pieces without destinations.

A simple structured list is enough to start the conversation. Confirm the request format with WTM; do not assume that a particular spreadsheet layout will automatically import into the portal.

Label packages before collection

Match each parcel to the stop or order reference. Keep multi-piece orders identifiable as complete sets. Separate boxes that happen to look alike but belong to different customers.

Finish picking and packing before the agreed collection window. A courier should not need to open packages or interpret a sales list to decide which items go where.

For online orders, see same-day delivery for GTA online stores. For branch stock transfers, use our store-to-store delivery guide.

Explain deadlines without dictating an assumed route

Tell WTM which receivers close early or need an order before an appointment. Give the overall ready time and any relevant collection constraints. We can confirm the same-day arrangement using the complete set of stops.

The order in which you list addresses is not automatically a confirmed delivery sequence. Agree any sequence that genuinely matters rather than relying on an unspoken assumption.

Likewise, adding a stop after the quote changes the job. Provide updates before dispatch so the service reflects the work being requested.

Keep completion records meaningful

Use the WTM Customer Portal for shipment requests, quote review and approval, payment and real-time GPS tracking. Available proof of delivery and invoices remain with the relevant shipment records.

When checking completion, identify the receiver or order involved rather than treating the first completed handoff as proof that every stop is finished. A clear package allocation makes customer-service follow-up much easier.

Build repeat rounds from real demand

Businesses with a regular local delivery pattern can discuss 10% off recurring shipments. Share typical stop counts and ready times, including how the day’s addresses may change. The agreement should fit the actual work rather than require every route to be identical.

Can a multi-stop run include businesses and homes?

Yes. Provide the appropriate receiving instructions for each individual address.

Can WTM quote before all packages are ready?

Yes. Supply accurate planned package details and the time the completed orders will be available for collection.
