Understand the difference between vehicle and package control
A refrigerated vehicle actively manages its cargo environment. An insulated shipping package manages the conditions around its contents using its design and, where specified, prepared coolant. Packaging remains important even when the vehicle has refrigeration.

One option may use suitable insulated packaging on an agreed standard service. Another may require refrigerated vehicle transport with appropriate packaging. In some situations both forms of protection serve a purpose. They are not universally interchangeable.
Quote the real package dimensions and weight for each option, including coolant or protective outer materials. Compare the packaging preparation and agreed transport requirements, not just two headline courier prices.
Keep location tracking separate from temperature evidence
