Compare the service booked, not the vehicle label
Do not assume every operator associated with buses offers only terminal pickup. For example, Cold Shot publishes a parcel network and delivery services, so its actual quoted pickup and final-delivery arrangements should be checked rather than inferred from the company’s bus connection.
The useful distinction is the job included in your booking: terminal-to-terminal, an address pickup with terminal collection, or delivery between the two business addresses. Ask the operator to make those responsibilities clear.
Include the trips before and after transportation
For a terminal-based shipment, consider who brings the prepared package to the departure point, whether that trip fits the dispatch cutoff and who can collect it when it arrives.

Decide when the goods are actually usable
Arrival at a terminal and arrival in the receiver’s hands are different milestones. State the time the business needs to use the item, not only when it can reach the destination city.

Provide identical piece counts, weights, dimensions and contents to each operator. Check service availability, handling requirements and any charges relevant to the actual job.
