WTM Logistics can collect prepared workwear orders in Edmonton and deliver them to business receivers in Fort McMurray. This service suits labelled garment cartons for stores, service businesses and employers replenishing clothing supplies.

The shipment is a prepared stock order, not an equipment-hauling job. Clear allocations and receiving instructions make it useful to the team distributing the garments.

Request an Edmonton-to-Fort McMurray workwear quote with carton counts, packed dimensions and the delivery deadline.

Confirm the order that is actually ready

Obtain the supplier’s release reference and confirm the sizes, quantities and items included in the prepared order. Where goods are backordered, distinguish the released cartons from the remaining balance.

Keep product selection and any suitability requirements with the purchaser and supplier. WTM’s transportation does not certify workwear or decide which garments a job requires.

Give dispatch the Edmonton collection address, contact and ready time so the pickup is planned around a real release.

Label cartons for the receiving team

Use the customer, branch or department reference on the outer packaging. Keep the size breakdown and detailed allocation list with the appropriate order.

For example, an employer may receive separate cartons for two departments at the same premises. The courier needs the total piece count, while the employer needs the labels that allow those cartons to reach the right internal teams.

Protect the garments in suitable closed packaging and keep loose paperwork from separating from the order.

Choose the Fort McMurray handoff point

Confirm whether delivery is to a storefront, warehouse, employer’s office or an authorised site receiver. Do not automatically use the purchasing department’s address when the garments are needed somewhere else.

State receiving hours, the entrance and any appointment or access arrangement. For a site outside the stated town delivery point, provide the exact location so it can be assessed as part of the quote.

Share the actual arrival requirement. A planned replenishment order and clothing needed for a particular start date may require different services.

Keep recurring stock separate from urgent additions

A predictable order pattern can be discussed under WTM’s 10% recurring-shipment offer. Provide the usual release days, expected carton counts and receiving locations.

An urgent additional carton should still identify its own ready time and deadline. The regular arrangement is a useful baseline, not a reason to hide changes in a general stock description.

Larger prepared orders can be assessed for LTL freight when the shipment no longer suits a courier-parcel description.

Give the purchaser a delivery record

Use the WTM Customer Portal to request the movement, approve the quote and make payment. Follow active transportation with live GPS tracking and retrieve available PODs and invoices.

Can the supplier send directly to our receiving location?

Yes. Provide the release authorisation and the actual destination contact so the order can move without an extra transfer through your office.
