A hearing device repair courier moves a professionally prepared device between the clinic and the repair laboratory authorised to receive it. WTM Logistics can arrange that transportation while the clinic and laboratory manage the service request, device preparation and repair decisions.
A small package still needs a clear reference and receiving plan. The courier movement should connect to the repair job without exposing unnecessary personal information.
Request a repair-device courier quote with the collection point, repair receiver and package details.
Confirm the accepted repair request and the reference the laboratory wants on the shipment. Use its current delivery address, department and receiving hours rather than an old address from a previous repair.
Identify which accessories the laboratory expects. A device, charger and other supplied items should be recorded by the clinic or sender before packing so the receiving team knows what was sent.
The service instructions should come from the repair provider. WTM does not diagnose the device or decide which components require repair.
The clinic or other authorised sender should prepare the device according to the repair provider’s instructions and protect it in suitable transport packaging.
Declare any batteries or special contents when requesting the quote. Do not assume that a small parcel’s contents need no description. WTM can assess the service using the actual packed device and its declared requirements.
Keep repair paperwork protected inside the shipment, using a business reference on the outside where appropriate. Avoid putting patient details on a publicly visible label when they are not needed for the delivery handoff.
Give WTM the ready time and needed arrival at the laboratory. The laboratory’s repair schedule is a separate commitment and should not be combined with the courier time as though they were one promise.
When the repaired device is ready to return, arrange a new release from the laboratory and confirm the clinic’s receiving contact. A planned outbound delivery does not automatically establish the return date.
For example, a clinic can use its repair reference to connect the outward and return shipments while retaining separate delivery records for each leg.
Use the WTM Customer Portal to request transport, approve the quote and manage payment. Follow available live GPS tracking for the active movement and retrieve its proof of delivery and invoice.
The POD confirms the transport handoff. The clinic and laboratory complete their own receipt checks and any professional work after that handoff.

Provide the outer-package count and the laboratory destination, while keeping each repair individually identified inside the appropriate packaging. Confirm any special contents before booking.
